Work you’ll do In this role, you will be expected to act as the custodian and program manager of the campus hiring onboarding and ongoing learning programs for USI Consulting, wherein you will have the opportunity to strategize learning adoption, design path-breaking journeys, explore the modern ways of learning, and deploying learning solutions. As an AM, you will be expected to actively support projects aligned to one or more onboarding and ongoing learning threads while driving connection across the broader team. The goal is to ensure that the team’s efforts align with the business’ strategic needs and priorities. General responsibilities related to those serving in these roles include, and are not limited to: Job Responsibilities: Strategy & Vision: Work with key business stakeholders to identify onboarding and ongoing learning development needs and trending skills in the market Provide input into the development of a learning and development roadmap to build and deliver required capabilities Provide input into the annual plan and budget to execute learning and talent development activities Act as a learning and talent development business advisor on effective and leading-edge learning and development strategies to achieve business goals Program Management: Plan and run key onboarding and continuous development programs at Deloitte, partnering with the business, vendors, and HR teams. This includes participant registration, facilitator onboarding, train the trainer workshops and end to end program management on the day of the program. Depending on the delivery of the program editions, the candidate might be required to travel for short durations as the program custodian Partner with SMEs and US teams to ensure training materials are most up to date. Ensure excellent practitioner experience through delivery and seek feedback regularly to determine ROI Continuously look for new ways to bring leading edge technologies and concepts to enhance the learning of practitioners Partner with the Learning Delivery and Evaluations teams to use best-in-class core talent development processes for communications, classroom delivery, metrics, reporting, and solution support Operations: Manage L&D investment through effective planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published and leveraged for decision making Simplify learning opportunities / make learning more planned and predictable Enhance operational efficiencies ensuring on time deliveries and coach availability, and leverage 3E framework for multiple career models in play within the service area Communications: Lead the creation of key stakeholder communications such as scorecard updates, practice-wide communications, Learning SPOCs communications, etc. Metrics/Reporting: Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback and data from practitioners, improving learning and development programs, and constantly moving learning to the next level Work in partnership with the Delivery and National Evaluations teams to use standard metrics and develop any unique measurement requirements for projects. Produce metric scorecards for learning programs as appropriate Prepare debrief presentations to assist with the facilitate of program delivery discussions Preferred skills: Must be able create business value through learning initiatives Action-oriented with focus on delivery and timelines High Customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills and project management Strong orientation towards contemporary trends in adult learning, and training. Demonstrated ability to put theory into practice Analyze Data to unearth performance gaps and validate hypotheses. Strong proficiency in using MS Office tools, including MS Excel Strong orientation towards and understanding of contemporary technology trends in general and learning technologies.
