Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Finance based in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager - Finance will be responsible for managing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, creating financial forecasts, handling budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves working closely with different departments to support them in financial decision-making and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Finance Management

Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss statements (PNL) across multiple business verticals (online, offline, marketplace).

Drive preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and comprehensive business performance reports.

Monitor financial health and provide actionable insights for revenue optimization and cost control.

Books & Financial Records Review

Supervise and review accounting entries in Tally.

Conduct regular GST sales reconciliations and support tax audits.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial documentation.

Taxation & Compliance

Oversee timely filing and compliance of statutory taxes, including GST and Income Tax.

Liaise with auditors and consultants to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Payroll Management

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory deductions and compliance.

Ensure accurate employee compensation disbursement and reporting.

Inventory Management & Audits

Oversee inventory reconciliations, audits, and physical verification of closing stock.

Coordinate with store and warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy and valuation.

Process Improvement & Leakage Control

Identify potential financial leakages and implement SOPs to strengthen internal controls.

Develop and enforce policies to improve financial discipline across departments.

Banking & External Financing

• Liaise with NBFCs and banks for managing business credit limits, working capital, and financing requirements.
