- CENT AI is a preventive healthcare company in India that uses advanced AI and diagnostic technology to provide comprehensive full-body health checkups. The company's goal is to detect and help prevent major health risks like cancer, heart disease, and neurological issues before symptoms appear.

Role Purpose: The main objective of the Assistant Manager - Finance at Cent AI is to assist in the management of all financial tasks of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end AR process, including invoice generation, collections, aging analysis, and customer account reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of AR metrics and KPIs.
• Drive process improvements in AR to enhance efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in coordination with the wider finance team.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
• Liaise with statutory auditors and internal auditors to facilitate audit processes.
• Provide all necessary documentation, reconciliations, and explanations required during audits.
• Work closely with business teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service) to resolve billing, collection, and accounting issues.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com with relevant experience.
• 26 years of experience in core finance functions, particularly in AR, reporting, and audit coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.

Work Environment/Location: This is a full-time role based in our Bengaluru office. The Assistant Manager - Finance will work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a dedicated and ambitious team.
