Role Overview: We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mobile app. This role is crucial in driving high-quality installs , optimizing app funnel performance, and maximizing ROAS across multiple digital channels . Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, programmatic networks, and OEM channels. Optimize campaigns for installs, in-app actions, retention, and LTV . Analyze user cohorts, install quality, and event-level performance. Manage ASO (App Store Optimization) and collaborate with design teams for creative testing. Track and report KPIs including CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and churn. Work closely with product and tech teams to improve app funnels and onboarding journeys. Lead A/B tests for creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and retargeting flows. Collaborate with CRM/Retention teams for lifecycle marketing (push, SMS, in-app). Own and optimize budgets across user acquisition channels. Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years of performance marketing experience with a focus on app growth . Strong expertise in Google UAC, Meta Ads Manager, and MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust). Deep understanding of user funnels, cohort analysis, and attribution models. Experience with A/B testing platforms and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.). ROI-driven mindset with a love for numbers and experimentation. Prior experience with D2C or B2C apps is preferred. Show more Show less
