Job description Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives. This role involves driving SEO, strategizing growth, and managing execution while coordinating with shared resources to ensure impactful marketing outcomes. The candidate will report directly to Ishan and provide insights on progress and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage digital marketing operations. Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility and lead generation. Drive marketing growth strategies to expand reach and engagement. Collaborate with content, design, and paid media teams to execute marketing plans. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and optimize marketing strategies accordingly. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus). Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing. Strong expertise in SEO, paid marketing, and content strategy. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance analytics. Preferred Skills Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.). Understanding of AEC industry trends. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
