Purpose/Objective


    The Admin - Office Management role at Adani requires a seasoned professional with 05-10 years of experience in office management across any industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations and provides potential for growth within the Adani organization.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the office - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality - Develop and implement office policies and procedures - Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity - Manage schedules and deadlines - Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation - Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations - Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements) - Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures - Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data - Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

    Office Management,SAP Knowledge,Building Operation, Technical knowledge,Vendor Management, Team Management,SLA & Compliance Management - Related to Administration

Qualifications and Experience


    - Any Graduate - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Experience with office management software like MS Office 365 or similar - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office management systems and procedures
