1. In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental policies. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures.
2. Ensure proper SOP is being maintained for all Admin Operation across the company and restaurants.
3. Monitoring & Managing inventory of office supplies.
4. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation and optimum utilization of resources.
5. Manpower management i.e. Housekeeping, Security, Office Support.
6. Management of petty cash.
7. Maintaining and developing the infrastructural facilities and keeping a track of its proper maintenance.
8. Travel management: Oversee and coordinate/manage all travel requirement including Air ticket booking, hotel booking, Visa processing, forex issuance,Vehicle (Cab) arrangement.
9. Invoice & payment processing through portal & keeping a track of timely payment.
10. Vendor Management: Setting up service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitoring and adhering that all compliance is followed pertaining to all offices.
11. Procurement of Sim Cards, Dongles, Landline phones for Office & Stores.
12. Managing AMC and various service contracts by assessing optimum requirement and quality service deliveries by vendors/agencies towards Housekeeping, Security, Pantry, Cafeteria, Vending Machines, Air Conditioners, EPABX, Rented Printers, Copiers, Printing and stationary, couriers, Fire & Safety equipment, Pest control, Electrical maintenance.
13. Assets Management through tracking of asset records and ensuring that the Fixed asset records are always maintained / updated.
14. Managing all events across Region & related articles.
15. Ensuring smooth functioning of CCTV & control on all movement at Office through it.
Educational Qualification Graduate, Bachelor's degree in any field of study
