About The Role

The Process Excellence Auditor will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and improving organizational processes to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role involves auditing existing workflows, identifying process gaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO-based best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct internal process audits across departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, etc.) to assess adherence to defined SOPs and policies.
Identify process bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-compliance issues, and recommend actionable improvements.
Develop and maintain audit checklists, templates, and scorecards for process evaluations.
Collaborate with process owners to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement metrics; report audit findings to management.
Support process documentation, SOP creation, and process mapping using tools like Lucidchart.
Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) sessions and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
Support ISO, QMS, or other certification readiness activities if applicable.
Partner with the Process Excellence team to embed Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
5–6 years of experience in process auditing, quality management, or process excellence.
Certified in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or Internal Auditor (ISO 9001/14001/45001) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through.
Collaborative and able to work across functions with minimal supervision.
