Assistant Head

As a Regional Business Manager for the Solar Installer Business Segment, your role is to oversee sales and distribution in your assigned region and work towards expanding the Solar Installer network. You should possess innate leadership qualities, maintain strong client relationships, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating regional/territory sales plans aligned with business objectives - Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute sales goals - Managing a sales team to maximize revenue and achieve set goals - Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Identifying hiring needs, selecting, and training team members - Educating the sales team through presentations, seminars, and regular meetings - Conducting ongoing performance reviews and providing constructive feedback - Analyzing regional market trends and identifying growth opportunities - Addressing potential problems and proposing timely solutions - Introducing new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction - Representing the company at trade shows and conventions - Having knowledge of different Solar categories Skills/Experience required: - 4-6 years of proven work experience in Solar Product Sales - Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts - Experience in sales forecasting and customer base development - Proficiency in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset - Willingness to travel as required - Good commercial knowledge to assess customer credibility - Proficiency in MS Office tools Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics) - MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred Thank you for considering this opportunity and feel free to share it with someone who meets these requirements.,
