• Planning and execution of export orders. • Perform other duties as assigned and relevant to my area of function. • Preparation of Dash Board, Submit Dash board to concern person, daily submit MIS report to Concern. • Make Dispatch Plan as per availability of product & MI. • Arrange dispatches as per Dash board planning, vehicle arrangement as per given rate conformation from seniors or as per contract. • Ensure to submit PFI to regional head on time. • Co-ordination with internal departments for smooth and timely operation. • Co-ordination with International Marketing & Finance department for day to day activities. • Co-ordination with external departments like CHA for custom clearance • Co-ordination with FFA for container booking and space booking in airlines after rate conformation from seniors. • Ensure timely delivery of goods at final destination.
