Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant F&B Controller to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a strong background in managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and control food and beverage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to track stock movements and monitor trends.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
