Role Purpose

execute and optimise WOG Technologies Limited’s digital presence

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & Google Search Optimisation.

  1. Execute on-page and basic technical SEO across website pages, blogs, and landing pages.
  2. Optimise:
  3. Page titles, meta descriptions
  4. Headers (H1–H3)
  5. Internal linking and canonical URLs
  6. Track indexing, crawlability, and performance issues using Search Console and SEO tools.
  7. Support keyword research and intent mapping for B2B and corporate audiences.
  8. Assist in SEO audits and periodic optimisation reports.

2. Google Image SERP & Visual SEO (Critical Responsibility).

  1. Implement image SEO best practices:
  2. Correct file naming conventions
  3. ALT text and captions
  4. Contextual placement
  5. Manage image libraries for:
  6. Website
  7. LinkedIn
  8. Digital campaigns
  9. Support dominance of

    branded, high-quality images

    in Google Image SERP.
  10. Assist in suppressing low-quality third-party visuals by strengthening owned assets.

3. Digital Ads Execution & Analytics Support.

  1. Support planning, execution, and optimisation of digital ad campaigns under guidance:
  2. Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
  3. Meta Ads
  4. LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  5. Assist in:
  6. Conversion tracking
  7. Audience setup
  8. Performance analysis
  9. Monitor campaign performance using GA4 and ad dashboards.
  10. Prepare performance reports for review by the Manager.

All ad creatives, messaging, and targeting remain subject to compliance approval.

4. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation.

  1. Independently design:
  2. Corporate creatives
  3. Infographics (process, ESG, data-led)
  4. Social media creatives (LinkedIn-first)
  5. Website banners and digital assets
  6. Ensure:
  7. Corporate visual language
  8. Brand consistency
  9. Web-optimised file sizes and formats

5. Video Editing & Multimedia Support.

  1. Edit short-form and corporate videos:
  2. Event highlights
  3. Corporate explainers
  4. Leadership snippets
  5. Add:
  6. Subtitles
  7. Brand watermark
  8. Basic animations and transitions
  9. Optimise videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, website, and internal use.

6. Website & CMS Execution.

  1. Manage content uploads and updates on CMS platforms.
  2. Insert and optimise images, videos, and SEO elements.
  3. Update banners, galleries, blogs, and landing pages.
  4. Ensure page speed, SEO hygiene, and content accuracy.

7. Social Media & Campaign Support

  1. Schedule and publish approved content across platforms.
  2. Support social analytics and reporting.
  3. Coordinate with the PR & Digital Marketing Manager for:
  4. Campaign execution
  5. Asset deployment
  6. Post-performance analysis

Software & Tools: Must be proficient in

1. Digital Ads & Analytics.

  1. Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  2. Google Search Console
  3. Google Tag Manager
  4. Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
  5. Meta Ads Manager
  6. LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  7. SEO tools:

    SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz / Ubersuggest

    (any one mandatory)

2. Website & SEO Tools.

  1. WordPress / Joomla / Webflow
  2. HTML–CSS basics
  3. Yoast SEO / RankMath
  4. GTMetrix / PageSpeed Insights
  5. Screaming Frog SEO Spider

C. Design & Video Tools (Strategic-Level Proficiency).

  1. Canva (mandatory)
  2. Adobe Creative Suite (working knowledge):
  3. Photoshop
  4. Illustrator
  5. Premiere Pro
  6. Figma (for UI feedback and coordination)

D. Social Media & Scheduling Tools.

  1. Hootsuite / Buffer / Later
  2. Meta Creator Studio
  3. YouTube Studio
  4. VidIQ / TubeBuddy

E. CRM & Productivity Tools.

  1. CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho CRM – working knowledge)
  2. Microsoft Office:
  3. PowerPoint (presentations)
  4. Word (documentation)
  5. Excel (advanced reporting & dashboards)

Role Boundaries (Non-Negotiable)

WILL

  1. Execute digital, SEO, SERP, ads, and visual tasks
  2. Create and optimise approved digital assets
  3. Support reporting and analytics

WILL NOT

  1. Speak to media or investors
  2. Approve content independently
  3. Take narrative, compliance, or IPO-related decisions
  4. Override PR, Legal, or BRLM guidance

Qualifications & Education

Mandatory

  1. Bachelor’s degree in:
  2. Marketing
  3. Communications
  4. Mass Media
  5. Design
  6. Engineering (with digital marketing exposure)

Preferred Certifications (Any 1–2)

  1. Google Digital Marketing Certification
  2. Google Analytics Certification
  3. SEO Certification (SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz)
  4. Graphic Design or Video Editing Certification

Experience Requirement

  1. 3–6 years

    of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  2. Strong exposure to:
  3. SEO & SERP optimisation
  4. Digital ads execution
  5. Graphic design and video editing
  6. B2B, infrastructure, industrial, or regulated-sector experience preferred

  2. Data-driven decision-making
