Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our marketing team at our Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior marketers, taking ownership of campaign execution, digital analytics, and day-to-day digital operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute to ambitious projects, and grow within a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the marketing team to run and optimize campaigns across paid and organic channels, including Google, Meta, and SEO.
• Help maintain and update content calendars for social media and digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights for ongoing improvements.
• Liaise with design, sales, and content colleagues to ensure coordinated efforts and a consistent brand message.
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to inform digital initiatives.
• Use digital analytics tools to analyze user engagement and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with the creation and scheduling of engaging digital content.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related area.
• 6 to 12 months of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and modern digital marketing practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Track record of working well within teams and meeting deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
