In more than over a decade since inception Champions group has grown to be Indias most trusted business enterprise, thanks to its vision of transforming business with superlative customer offerings Location - HSR Silk Board Road/ Sarjapur Road Shift - Day Shift Working Days - Mon- Fri Sat & Sun fixed off PF+ Medical Insurance + Food + Gratuity Suitable candidates share your updated resume at priyanka.m@championsmail.com Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end execution of email campaigns using tools like Pardot , HubSpot , Mailchimp , or similar platforms Create and schedule email campaigns, manage contact lists, and segment audiences based on campaign objectives Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, content, product, sales) to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing goals Support A/B testing, QA, and campaign performance tracking to continuously improve open rates, CTR, and conversion Monitor campaign delivery, ensure accuracy, and troubleshoot any issues related to templates, list management, or automation logic Maintain detailed project timelines, track deliverables, and manage approvals to meet deadlines Utilize Google Analytics , CRM platforms, and built-in reporting tools to analyze and report on campaign performance Stay current with best practices in email marketing, compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM), and automation trends Requirements: 01 years of relevant experience in email marketing , marketing automation , or project coordination (internships welcome) Hands-on experience with one or more marketing automation/email platforms (e.g., Pardot , HubSpot , Mailchimp ) Basic understanding of Google Analytics , CRM tools , and email marketing metrics (e.g., open rate, click-through rate) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects at once Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across teams and departments Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions Comfortable working in a fast-paced , deadline-driven environment and adapting to shifting priorities Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting and responsiveness Knowledge of data segmentation and personalization strategies Understanding of GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance rules What We Offer: Opportunity to work on high-impact marketing campaigns and learn from experienced professionals Exposure to industry-leading tools and technology A collaborative, learning-driven work environment
