Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build ideal candidate profiles.

• Use various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidates qualifications and culture fit.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.

• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Required Qualifications:

• Mater's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.

• Exposure to campus hiring or bulk hiring is a plus.

• Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
