Assistant Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings with ROC and other authorities
• Support preparation and conduct of Board and Committee meetings and maintain minutes
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors as required
• Coordinate with internal teams on corporate governance and compliance matters
• Assist in drafting policies, notices, resolutions, and reports
• Ensure timely filings of annual returns, forms, and other statutory documents
• Support management in corporate legal, secretarial, and regulatory matters

Qualifications and Skills

• CS (Company Secretary) qualified or pursuing CS with 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, SEBI regulations, and other statutory compliance
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or listed companies is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and document management
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
