Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary located in Coimbatore. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and maintaining corporate compliance and governance documentation, coordinating with regulatory authorities, ensuring timely submission of statutory filings, and assisting in preparing board meeting agendas and minutes. The Assistant Company Secretary will also collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws and support internal audits and policy implementations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in corporate compliance, governance procedures, and regulatory filings
Strong documentation, report preparation, and record-maintenance skills
Knowledge of legal frameworks, corporate laws, and secretarial practices
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
Membership or qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is preferred
Prior experience in a corporate legal or compliance role is a plus
