Bullion Executive

Job Title: Bullion Executive Department: Bullion / Treasury / Finance Location: [Coimbatore / RS Puram] Experience: 3–8 years (can be adjusted) Reporting To: Senior Manager – Bullion Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bullion Executive/Manager to manage the procurement, trading, and inventory of gold and silver bullion. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of precious metal markets, regulatory compliance, and experience in bullion operations within a jewelry or financial institution. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bullion operations, including gold/silver procurement, hedging, and trading. Monitor market trends, analyze price fluctuations, and suggest purchase strategies to minimize cost and risk. Coordinate with banks, suppliers, and other financial institutions for bullion purchase and loan arrangements. Maintain accurate records of bullion inventory and ensure reconciliation with physical stock. Ensure compliance with RBI, GST, and customs regulations related to bullion transactions. Collaborate with accounts and finance teams for timely reporting and fund management. Generate regular MIS reports on bullion movement, valuation, and exposure. Support internal and statutory audits by providing required data and documentation. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of precious metals markets, especially gold and silver. Experience in bullion procurement, trading, and compliance. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Navision/Tally). Good negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-value transactions. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration. MBA/PGDM in Finance or equivalent preferred. Certification in Treasury or Bullion Management (optional but preferred). Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience and qualifications.
