Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accounts Manager to support the finance and accounting operations of our food and beverage company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting monthly closing and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
• Handle GST returns, TDS filing, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory and tax audits.
• Monitor and maintain inventory records in coordination with the warehouse and production team.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally or relevant ERP software.
• Generate reports for management as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com).
• CA Inter / MBA Finance is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule:

6 days a week (General Shift)

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
