Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Asian Chef to join our team, with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and preparing Asian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes, including stir-fries, curries, and noodle dishes.
Maintain high levels of food quality and presentation standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Asian Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food products.
