Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team as an Asian Chef in the kitchen at Radisson Blu Dharamshala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and quality control measures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment.
