Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving targets in designated regions. The Area Sales Manager will identify new market opportunities, execute field visits, and oversee product demonstrations. Alongside managing client satisfaction, the individual will analyze sales data, report on market trends, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions to customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, particularly in the agricultural or related industries
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks independently while meeting deadlines in a remote work environment
  • Understanding of agricultural products such as Biologicals, Specialty Fertilizers, and Crop Protection is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital tools for sales management is beneficial
  • Need willingness to work at any location in Maharashtra.
