Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Define and implement a sales strategy for the assigned geographic territory to achieve both primary and secondary sales targets.
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans (order bookings, sales revenue, margins).
Work with marketing teams to align promotions, product launches, and campaigns with territory priorities.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external decision makers.
Forecast and track primary sales pipeline; maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Good understanding of electrical products (switchgear, cables, wires,led,pipes,fans & appliances)
Able to plan territory strategy, identify growth opportunities, and foresee market trends.
Total primary sales (order value) in the territory & track secondary sales growth
Expansion of your distribution base
Sales pipeline size and conversion rate
Team Handling & Area handling experience is a must.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education
: Bachelors degree is mandatory
Experience
: 14 - 16 years in sales of electrical products in Bangalore,Chennai or Hyderabad.
Product Knowledge
: Must have experience handling any electrical products listed belowSwitches ; Wires & Cables ; LED lighting ; Fans ; wires ; cables ; ;Electrical Appliances
Sales Exp
: Proven track record as a ASM or Senior TSM.
