Job Summary : The Area Sales Manager will be a pivotal figure in driving sales growth and expanding market share within a specific assigned territory. Deep understanding of target market dynamics. Proficiency with applications like CRM and other relevant tools. Role & responsibilities Consistently deliver results by growing existing partner revenue each quarter. Manage partner relationships with the present clients and manage business and go-to market plans. Develop appropriate revenue-sharing deals, including reselling, referral and inbound and outbound sales. Recruit potential partners to align with our growth plans. Appointing Distributors in the assigned area. Ability to consistently drive sales growth, meet challenging targets, and generate significant revenue within a defined sales territory, focusing on higher ROI. Consistently monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop and implement effective counter-strategies and maintain a competitive edge Report to: Regional Sales Manager. Preferred candidate profile Prior experience within the stationery channel is preferred but not mandatory. Educational Qualification: A bachelors degree in any field.
