Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager will be a pivotal figure in driving sales growth and expanding market share within a specific assigned territory. • Consistently deliver results by growing existing partner revenue each quarter.
• Manage partner relationships with the present clients and manage business and go-to market plans.
• Develop appropriate revenue-sharing deals, including reselling, referral and inbound and outbound sales.
• Recruit potential partners to align with our growth plans.
• Appointing Distributors in the assigned area.
• Ability to consistently drive sales growth, meet challenging targets, and generate significant revenue within a defined sales territory, focusing on higher ROI.
• Consistently monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop and implement effective counter-strategies and maintain a competitive edge
