Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience and should be based in Gurugram, Faridabad, or Delhi.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned area.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team goals.
Identify and explore new business opportunities, including potential retailers and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and product launches.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market expansion.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights for improving performance.
Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in tea, spices, and detergent sectors.
