Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Ludhiana and Chandigarh regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive electronics and car audio systems, with a proven track record in dealer/channel sales, B2B sales, and driving revenue growth in the region. Role & responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the assigned area. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, retailers, and installers. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach for car audio and automotive electronic products. Conduct regular market visits to monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control effectively. Monitor and manage inventory levels at distributors/retailers. Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demos. Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence. Train channel partners and sales staff on product features and benefits. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any discipline. 5-8 years of relevant experience in automotive electronics or related industry. Strong understanding of car audio systems and accessories is a plus. Proven track record in managing sales territories and achieving targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
