Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Profitability

  • Take full ownership of salon-level P&L across all assigned locations.
  • Drive monthly revenue targets and control operational costs to ensure profitability.
  • Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to increase average ticket size and customer retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and local marketing ideas to boost footfall.

2. Operational Excellence

  • Ensure smooth daily operations across all outlets under your supervision.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain hygiene, service quality, inventory accuracy, and compliance with brand SOPs.
  • Implement standardized systems for appointment management, billing, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with central teams for timely execution of campaigns, offers, and new initiatives.

3. Team Management & Training

  • Supervise Salon Managers and their teams, ensuring clear targets and performance monitoring.
  • Build strong, motivated teams through regular reviews, skill assessments, and coaching.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with the Training Department for upskilling staff.
  • Manage staffing plans, attendance, and ensure adherence to HR policies.

4. Customer Experience

  • Ensure superior client experience across all salons by enforcing service standards.
  • Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build local reputation and loyalty through consistent service delivery and feedback mechanisms.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and brand guidelines across outlets.
  • Act as the communication bridge between corporate teams and salon managers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in managing multiple retail or salon outlets.
  • Proven track record of driving profitability and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and POS systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between outlets.

Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week

Location Preference: Candidates with prior experience in managing multi-location businesses in Hyderabad will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
