Area Manager - Operations

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations of 6 outlets in Dubai, including a central kitchen, cafeteria, restaurant, and multiple food court counters, with a team of 150+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service.
• Manage and monitor performance of outlet managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across outlets.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control with efficiency.
• Implement training, development, and motivation strategies for staff.
• Liaise with the central kitchen for smooth coordination and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong client and customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare reports on financial performance, staff productivity, and operational improvements.
• Work closely with top management for strategy implementation and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Business Management (preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or multi-outlet supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in handling large teams (100+ employees).
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, HACCP, and local UAE food safety regulations.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi an advantage).

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
