About Us:
Amma’s Pastries is a leading bakery brand known for its delicious cakes and pastries across South India. We are expanding in the Ernakulam region and seeking a passionate and experienced Area Manager to oversee outlet operations and drive excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage multiple outlets in the Ernakulam region (Kakanad, Perumbavoor, Kothamangalam, Irinjalakuda/Chalakudy).
• Ensure operational efficiency, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Lead and motivate store managers and teams to achieve performance goals.
• Handle staffing, training, and daily operations.
• Coordinate with the Operations and Production teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and sales performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B or retail operations management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multi-outlet operations.
• Willingness to travel within assigned outlets.
• Preferred: Experience in bakery, QSR, or hospitality sector.
