Area Manager - Operations

We are looking for experienced, energetic, and passionate Area Managers to join our Operations Team. The role involves managing multiple outlets, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining brand and quality standards, and driving operational excellence across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations across multiple outlets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold consistent service quality.
• Manage store teams — including scheduling, performance management, and discipline.
• Maintain store infrastructure, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
• Monitor and control Cost of Goods (COGs) while ensuring budget and KPI compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
• Lead new store launches, including staff hiring and onboarding.
• Serve as the link between store teams and the central operations department.
• Oversee food quality, hygiene, and safety standards across outlets.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales, audits, and performance to senior management.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in QSR, F&B, or Retail Operations.
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to generate and implement ideas to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel across assigned stores (company bike provided).
• Self-driven, organized, and committed to maintaining operational excellence.
• Open to both male and female candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
