Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create ad creatives, including static images and video ads.
  • Develop landing pages, website artwork, and project communication taglines.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor marketing campaigns; conduct ad account audits and optimize performance.
  • Leverage hyperlocal data to strategize campaigns for local markets.
  • Set up and manage marketing assets across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Implement and test creative changes mid-campaign to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Optimize landing pages and evaluate lead feedback for actionable insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Manage social media accounts and create content to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies.

Required Skillsets:

  • Strong understanding of graphic and video creation processes.
  • Knowledge of marketing content requirements for digital platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting and caption-writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration within the team and with clients.
  • Flexibility to be available via phone/WhatsApp during non-office hours.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar marketing or branding role preferred.
  • Proficient in social media marketing (SMM) and digital advertising.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
