We are looking for a sharp Inside Sales Specialist to drive franchise development for our upcoming men’s grooming chain. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential investors into franchise partners through structured outreach, calls, and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: Source and qualify franchise leads via databases, cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective investors, pitch the franchise model, and handle initial objections. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects in CRM. Schedule investor meetings with the Founder/Franchise Development Head. Nurture leads through structured follow-up sequences (email, WhatsApp, calls). Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs on calls, meetings booked, and deals moved forward. Share investor feedback and market intelligence with management for strategy refinement. Maintain accurate reporting of activity and pipeline status. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred). 2–4 years experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or franchise development. Strong communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Ability to handle objections and close for meetings confidently. Comfortable with CRM tools, cold calling, and high activity targets. Self-driven, resilient, and disciplined in daily execution. Performance Metrics (KPIs): 60–80 outbound calls/day. 15–20 qualified conversations/day. 10–12 meetings scheduled/week.
