Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Area Credit Manager - Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) in Warangal. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably with TATA Capital Limited.

Roles and Responsibility
Conduct personal discussions with clients to assess their creditworthiness and make informed decisions.
Analyze cash flow and provide recommendations on loan approvals or denials.
Manage delinquency and ensure timely payments from customers.
Collaborate with vendors and cost management teams to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize risk and maximize business growth.
Provide training to CPAs/CPCs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job
Strong understanding of credit appraisal, underwriting, and lending processes.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial services.
Familiarity with mortgage lending business and title search risks.
Experience in managing vendor relationships and controlling costs.
Knowledge of PDD management and tracking through proper MIS.
Understanding of the micro LAP business and its dynamics.
Ability to conduct independent client discussions and arrive at cash flow analysis conclusions.
