About the Role:

APAC Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

• Manage end-to-end hiring for roles across multiple APAC markets, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct screening, assessments, and interview coordination through to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:

• Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and market-specific platforms.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-volume, or niche positions.
• Leverage employer branding initiatives to attract diverse, high-quality talent.

Market Insights & Stakeholder Management:

• Provide hiring managers with real-time market insights, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across APAC markets.
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices, interview methods, and DEI strategies.
• Maintain relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and government talent programs.

Process Excellence & Compliance:

• Ensure hiring activities comply with local labor laws and company policies across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools to ensure accurate data, candidate tracking, and recruitment metrics.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in the APAC region, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience recruiting across multiple countries (e.g., Singapore, Australia, India, Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Ceipal, Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
