Job Title: APAC Recruiter

Location: Sector 64, Noida (Near Electronic City Metro Station)

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (WFO)

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire (with potential conversion to full-time based on performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented APAC Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across APAC regions, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to talent acquisition strategies while gaining exposure to regional hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for APAC region roles across various business functions.

Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver effective recruitment strategies.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

6 months – 4 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably with APAC hiring exposure.

Strong sourcing skills using advanced tools and platforms.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs.
