APAC Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated APAC Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region. This role is ideal for someone who has already gained a strong foundation in recruitment and is now ready to broaden their exposure to multiple countries and business functions.

Position Details:

📍 Location: Noida 126 (Hybrid)

🕒 Shift Time: 7 AM IST – 4 PM IST

💼 Experience: 1-2 years

Qualifications & Skills

• Around 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency), preferably with exposure to APAC markets.
• Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment across APAC (Singapore & Malaysia): sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, and managing offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help draft job descriptions.
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
• Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) accurately.
• Track and report recruitment activity and key hiring metrics.
• Assist in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives when required.
• Stay informed about regional job market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
