APAC Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for supporting our Fortune 500 clients in the APAC market. Your main tasks will involve sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various open roles based on the clients" requirements. You will need to build a strong pipeline of candidates by assessing their fitment in terms of skills, experience, eligibility, and location. Key Responsibilities: - Develop recruiting strategies to identify APAC professionals in countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Australia, etc. - Act as an aggressive go-getter with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport effectively. - Participate in the full cycle of APAC recruitment from sourcing resumes to onboarding candidates. - Create a medium to large-sized recruiting pipeline, meet requirement targets, and provide regular status reports. - Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. - Write recruitment job advertisements for job portals and social media platforms. - Source strong candidates through resume databases, job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls. - Build and maintain a network in the technical/industry community. Qualifications Required: - Ability to promote the company's reputation as a great place to work. - Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements. - Stay updated on new recruitment trends for IT & Non-IT sectors. - Craft personalized recruiting emails for passive candidates. - Screen IT resumes based on specialized skills and qualifications. - Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants" abilities. - Interview candidates using various methods such as structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioural questions. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
