General responsibilities will include: Carry out full life-cycle recruiting, including cold calling, prescreening candidates, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and initiating interviews. Manage the entire candidate recruitment experience from scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews with our clients. Develop new strategies to target active and passive candidates from the job market. Utilize standard and creative sourcing strategies, identifying top talent and qualified candidates through all available sources. Manage a high volume of candidates. Source and develop a network of candidates using state-of-the-art systems and technology Communicate professionally with candidates and coworkers, and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
