Senior Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads and the HR team to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre talent.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches utilizing diverse sourcing methods, including job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Hirist, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Cultivate and nurture a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.
• Provide regular updates to the Leadership team and hiring managers on recruitment progress.
• Arrange Walk-in Drives and Bulk Hiring interviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, encompassing sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Proven track record in successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
