Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires
Source profiles through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
Negotiate salaries and benefits with selected candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of sourcing profiles using various methods like mass mailing, screening resumes, interview coordination, etc.
Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement during all stages of recruitment.
