Role: Anaplan Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Remote

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM

Contract: 6 Months+

We are seeking a skilled Anaplan Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Anaplan solutions to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This role requires deep expertise in both platforms, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across finance and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development: Architect, configure, and develop Anaplan models to support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements.

• Implementation & Optimization: Lead and participate in the implementation of Anaplan , ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

• Data Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Anaplan, and other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and data warehouses.

• Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.

• Training & Support: Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to maximize adoption and effectiveness of the solutions.

• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure solutions adhere to company policies, security standards, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan and Oracle EPM (Hyperion, PBCS, FCCS, etc.) solutions.

• Experience Level: [Specify years of experience, e.g., 5+ years] in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), financial modeling, or enterprise performance management solutions.

• Integration Knowledge: Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, ODI, APIs) for seamless data flow between systems.

• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and optimize existing models for performance and scalability.

• Project Management: Experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications: (Desired)

• Certifications: Anaplan Model Builder Certification.

• Cloud Experience: Experience working with cloud-based financial planning and analytics tools.

• Scripting & Automation: Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL) to enhance reporting and automation.
