You should have prior experience in extensive social media reporting and listening reports, community management, governance, online reputation management. You should be detail oriented, great at communication and process driven.

Flawless expertise
We are looking at social media enthusiasts with 3+ years of experience. The person should be process driven, have superior written and communication skills. Ability to learn, adapt and excel upon guidance.
Job Requirements
- Developing and presenting learnings from campaigns, including actionable insights and recommendations.
- Has prior knowledge of online listening, online risk management, engagement, managing brand reputation on all social media platforms.
- Has prior experience in setting up of listening dashboards, escalating negative mentions, managing stakeholders and updating trackers
- Experience in writing Social Media publishing and reporting.
- Knows the latest social media industry trends and can pitch ideas
- Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaigns for listening and ORM
- Expected to be constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance value in campaigns reporting & strategic work
- Experience working with popular social media publishing and reporting/ monitoring tools (Like – HootSuite / Sprout Social)
- Experience working with popular listening tools. (Like Sprinklr, SproutSocial, Brandwatch etc.
- Proactively seek, identify and evaluate innovative opportunities for growth & improvement
- Plan and direct marketing campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest tools and best practices
Key Competencies
- Deep knowledge of social media marketing and overall understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Can ideate and come up with campaign/ content ideas
- Use social media data from Channel & listening to create new content
- Can work with ideation of creation of social media assets like static posts, infographic, Gifs etc
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Employee Specification:
- Graduates/Postgraduates from English Hons, Communication, Media & Journalism
- Exposure to social media tools like Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Hootsuite preferred
