Job Description

Role Overview: As a Social Media Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to lead the social team and drive agile practices and continuous improvements. You will be tasked with executing social media and online reputation management initiatives globally. Your role will involve social media publishing, reporting, setting up listening dashboards, and providing consultative support to stakeholders. It is essential to maintain industry best practices, internal governance, and ensure high-quality delivery output.
