Job Description

Data operations experience gained either through industry or within a consulting environment.
Familiarity with Corporate bank loan documents such as Credit agreements, Amended Reports, Compliance Certificates and Bank Official statements.
Good understanding of legal definitions within Credit Agreements, terminologies: Future Debt Capacity and Terms, Collateral, Ring fencing, Covenants, Springing and Covlite loans etc.)
Knowledge/ experience of a wide range of credit data operations across systems.
Willingness to dig deep into data, interpret legal definitions and build additional insights and trend analysis.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Knowledge of MS - Excel is must.
