AI ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior AI ServiceNow Developer, you will work within the Business Systems Team supporting the entire ServiceNow lifecycle, including design, development, enhancements, testing, deployment, administration, and support. You will focus on enhancing and expanding existing ServiceNow modules already in use, including ITSM, CSM, Service Portals, AI & Integrations, which act as a core capability for internal and external customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of small-to-medium initiatives, from requirement gathering to delivery - Implement new platform features, enhancements, and automation capabilities - Update and extend the Service Portal with customized widgets, pages, and UI elements - Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, AI tools, etc.) - Perform day-to-day platform administration and provide technical support - Develop and maintain service request workflows, catalog items, tasks, SLAs, and reporting - Create and execute test plans for ongoing platform improvements - Train and enable end users and internal teams on new functionality Qualification Required: - Minimum 6+ years of strong ServiceNow development experience (Service Portal, ITSM, CSM & Integrations) - AI implementation exposure within ServiceNow (highly desired) - Strong understanding of OOTB vs customizations - Knowledge or background in ITIL, CSDM & ISMS concepts - Knowledge of Service Desk / Operations processes - Familiarity with SaaS, SOA architecture, and real-world application - Strong communication skills and ability to work with globally distributed stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agile environment Additional Details: No additional details provided in the job description.,
