Position Summary

Affiliate Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage

  affiliate marketing programs

  to drive user acquisition and brand visibility
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new

  affiliates, publishers, and partners

  in fintech, crypto, and Web3 ecosystems
• Manage relationships with affiliates and ensure regular communication, support, and engagement
• Negotiate

  commission structures, payout models, and incentive programs

  to attract and retain affiliates
• Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion rates, LTV)
• Optimize campaigns by identifying high-performing affiliates and scaling their efforts
• Collaborate with product and design teams to provide affiliates with

  creative assets, content, and campaign support

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulations, and fraud-prevention best practices in affiliate activities
• Explore opportunities with

  KOLs, micro-influencers, and community leaders

  to extend affiliate reach
• Stay updated with trends in affiliate marketing, Web3 growth tactics, and performance marketing tools

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in

  affiliate or performance marketing

  , preferably in fintech, payments, or Web3
• Proven success in building and managing

  affiliate programs and partner pipelines

• Strong understanding of

  affiliate tracking platforms

  (Impact, PartnerStack, CJ Affiliate, Refersion, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with experience in

  performance analytics, attribution models, and funnel optimization

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing affiliate relationships
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with

  crypto/Web3 influencer collaborations or KOL campaigns

• Familiarity with

  referral marketing, ambassador programs, or community-led growth

• Exposure to

  Web3 analytics tools

  for tracking on-chain user growth
• Understanding of compliance considerations in financial and Web3 affiliate marketing
