Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven Affiliate Marketer with at least 3 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing and managing our affiliate program, building strong relationships with partners, and driving measurable revenue growth. This is a fully remote position with opportunities to work in a dynamic and fast-scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize the company’s affiliate marketing program.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and networks.
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide partners with actionable feedback to maximize ROI.
• Negotiate commission structures, promotional campaigns, and collaborations with affiliates.
• Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are met.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with broader company goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging affiliate marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and performance metrics.
• Proven record of scaling affiliate programs and driving consistent revenue.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the health, wellness, or supplements industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
