Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager with at least 4 years of proven expertise in managing and scaling social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, creating engaging content, and managing day-to-day activities on social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. This is a fully remote position with opportunities to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Manage and oversee daily posting, engagement, and content scheduling across all social platforms.
• Create engaging, on-brand content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve reach & engagement.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes to ensure maximum visibility.
• Respond to audience interactions, build community, and handle brand reputation management.
• Run paid social campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
• Proven expertise across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
• Strong understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and audience engagement.
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies for improved results.
• Experience in health, wellness, or supplements industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
