Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s social presence. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, trend analysis, and community engagement, with a strong understanding of how to grow and manage social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with brand voice.
• Monitor platform trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
• Handle community interactions: respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries professionally.

2. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and measure performance using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, social media trends, and industry best practices.

3. Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with content writers and graphic designers to produce high-quality creatives.
• Support the overall digital marketing strategy with fresh, innovative ideas.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in managing social media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of content creation, engagement strategies, and trend analysis.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Experience with influencer collaborations.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
